No Return / No Cancellation Policy
 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or sealed products, as supplements are consumable items and cannot be resold once dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days

  • Bank credit time: additional 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping: Free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India

  • Delivery Timeline: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
